Are there 2 different models of the Model T. The reason I ask, is that I found some tune up instructions for a Model T, but they don't match the radio that I have. Mine has cans marked L301, L402, and the like. The plans, mentioned the cans in the 901 range or something like that. I saw a picture that matched my radio, and it said that the radio was made in 1976.

My information for the Model T has L905 and L903 for power. Modulation is VR6 or cut D505, if you're into that. My Sams index is listing a "T" that was made in 23 and 40 channels and they're listing another "T", I don't know if they mean Model T or not. Sams #54 and 198, I don't have them. For all I know they could have made two or three models of that radio so this might be your problem. Wish I could help more, good luck!

Check cbtricks on the internet and bring up your radio, it has the service manual listed and gives all of the tune up data. Chances are that all you'll have to do is peak the plate and load.

Hi, I went to the CB tricks page, but it doesn't give the info that I needed. I soldered in anew bulb for the S meter, and replaced a tube, and it seems to be working just fine. Thanks a bunch guys. Onto the next radio now. A RS Navaho 23. Lew

Hi, I found out that there are 2 different models of the 40 channel Teaberry Model T. One has an arched shape channel selector window and the other has a rectangular shaped window. Mine has the rectangular window, and is the model 4011. At least that is was I was told by the person I got my Sams manual from. Just thought you all might like to know. I'm waiting for the correct manual to come in the mail, then I'm gonna try to tune the old Teaberry up a bit. Just a modulation tune up, the power seems fine. Who knows, I might tweak that too. LOL

Yeah, now it's all coming back to me. I remember the arched channel window and the square window. I seem to recall a channel readout that was digital numbers, could be wrong. This might explain the difference in the numbers of the transmitter tune up transformers since they made at least a couple of models of your radio.
