PROPAGATION IS POOR this week, I notice on the charts POOR on all frequencies, and I bet this is what to come with the sunspot decline.
Only skip on CB was the taco gang in MEXICO and their signals are dropping some now.
Ham bands the same, EUROPE is a rare signal, although I have heard they have been worked around midnight on 20 meters.

DOCTOR/795/CHNL 16 The sunspot decline will certainly bring an end to the "F"-layer (long distance) skip that comes with the 11 year cycle. But sporadic-E skip that usually comes in the January and June time frame, works independently of the sunspot index. No more Europe, but you might work Kansas......
