need a shop that works on these radios.. its been sitting for awhile.. the power cord that came with the radio dont fit the back of the case were its suspose to plug in.. the cord has tabs on the plug so that its susspose to lock the cord in place?? trouble is the back of the radio does not have the slots for the plug, all looks like it wood fit if the tabs were not there?? now my big question, does anyone no of a shop that will work on this radio?? mite need them to rework the power cord?? help

You can fry a bunch of components if it's wired wrong and you plug it in.

$60 for a power cord? I wouldn't pay much more than that for the whole radio........

Me either, especially when I can cobble it together with parts I already have. Just grabbed the first good picture I could find. I kind of remembered there were two style cords for the Siltronix units, but my memory is a bit hazy on that.
