Just cleaned up a hammarlund 6 chnnl tube radio, really nice old rig. The mic is wired in directly and its a very sharp lookin shure bros. Classic tear drop, made in the USA! Ah, those were the days. Anyway, testing showed 2-3 watts out. Swing 4.5 to 5.5 . Audio was ok. Only chnnl. 11 and 7 work both. Fun is what its about.

Nice classic CB radio you got. I have a Knight KN-2565B (same as Cobra Cam 88) that dead keys 5 watts and swings to 22 watts. I clipped one resistor for modulation mod.

Yep'r very clean,a little wear around the knobs and the last owner used an old school label maker to number the channel selector. I would love to get more crystals for channels i use. Gotta call ken.not sure how to boost the audio. 321

Most of the tube CB's you don't want to exceed 3 watts dead key or the modulation will suffer.
