Sorry to bring up such in this place... but we are having a sad time....
I got a phone call Saturday morning that my 37 year old nephew was found dead in his car Friday evening at about 6 pm.
The boy's life was always somewhat troubled, marked with addiction and many many tries at recovery. He served in the Army wanting to learn cooking (so he would have something to do when he ultimately got out). He served two tours in Afghanistan. I know that he saw things that probably didn't help his mental picture. It is unfortunate but there was a distance between him and most of the family because of continual behavioral issues.
Long story short, he went to his car some time Friday morning and, while his girlfriend tried to get him to come back in several times... he refused... wanting to stay in the car. Around 6 pm she went to check on him and he was non-responsive. 911 was called, authorities arrived, but he was already gone.
Again, I'm sorry.... I'm just in kind of a strange mood.... and wanting to let friends know....
Bob

Very sorry for your loss. Could be untreated PTSD, such a shame. 🙏
