Hi I have a Regency Imperial II that I restored and love this rig. I would like to work channels 36,37,38 & 40 on LSB. I read that a crystal that controls channels 1,2,3 & 4 can be swapped out to receive and transmit on the upper channels I mentioned above. Any help on the crystal that needs to be swapped & replaced with will me greatly appreciated !

Either an 11.250 or 11.200 crystal would be needed. Not sure which one though. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Thanks much ! I did the math from a crystal mixing chart fot all brand of cbs that did crystal mixing and came up with 11.250 MHZ. You just confirmed my math skills  Thanks Dave |

watch out,with that mixing scheme it may transmit on more than 1 channel when crystal changed..mine did
