Yep, They're too "distracted" by either being on the phone or primping before getting out of the car and just do not have the time or common sense to know IF they have the child with them !?!? That is ABSOLUTELY NUTS !! Sniper

When I first read that article, I wasn't really surprised thinking how many of those parents driving around, always have a cell phone stuck to their ears. Cell phone laws??? Ha ha ha....what a joke! "Parents are excused from those cell phone laws." ....at least, that's how most of them think. Sad to see, though. Many of them see the positives for ease of use of cell phones, while driving or walking. They never consider the negatives. But forgetting about a child in their car is inexcusable! Somewhere along the line, they got their priorities mixed up... ....and I agree.....the cell phone plays a big part in their dimwitted forgetfulness. And still......they don't see that. Almost seems like the cell conversations are more important than the kids.
