LOWER quality, cheap material, and they need repair after a wind storm and one season, they do work ok, but need tender care..

I recently purchased one and eventually had to throw it away! It was a piece of junk! The main stinger didn't fit into the platic insert and the cross at the top couldn't be tightened down correctly. A complete waste of money, don't waste yours.

They are junk. I bought one back in the 90s and it was flimsy! I found an original back in 2001 and gave $40.00 for it. I am glad i bought it as the original AP is getting scarce around here anymore. There used to be a lot of them around here, but most of them have been removed, sold, or the owners have junked them. H&Y has one listed for a paltry sum of $119.00!!! My trusty old AP is not going anywere even though its out in my shop stored away.

It looks like mine will be going up on top of my freshly repainted and reworked Rohn BX 48 tower. It will be something else for my neigbors to gawk at. LOL
