Does anyone know anything about this antenna made by a guy name Eddie/Wolf Radio. I think he lives in Florida.

You're talking about the Wolf .64 omni antenna. I looked into getting one of these back in 2004, but at the time he had temporarily stopped making them. His production runs are intermittent; you never really know when he's making and selling them.
It's a gamma match antenna, not a bad thing. I prefer the Interceptor 10K that I bought as it's a bit more robust. We do get some icing and winds here, so I wanted a strong antenna.

So this guy is not reliable when purchasing an antenna from him. Is the antenna worth the purchase, if he's still in the business?

So this guy is not reliable when purchasing an antenna from him. Is the antenna worth the purchase, if he's still in the business? I wouldn't call Eddie unreliable; I'm sure he was busy doing something else and just had stopped production at the time I made my inquiry. I know other people do have his antennas. As for price, shoot him an email. When I was looking into getting one it was around $150, if I'm remembering correctly. I don't know if he's held the price, but with the cost of aluminum nowadays I doubt it. Still, it's better to ask the source. Last email I had was: EddieC@wolfradio.com

I have sent Eddie a couple of emails now on a antenna and have yet to hear back from him. I hope he replies soon.

Someone indicated he had completely quit building CB antennas and was focusing on the ham bands.

Someone indicated he had completely quit building CB antennas and was focusing on the ham bands. Eddie was always kind of 'in & out' of the CB antenna business. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that he isn't making CB antennas any more. Kind of a shame; he had a nice design and a great price. I wound up going with Jay's Interceptor 10K. It's bullet proof and tunes very easily, even without using a MFJ-259B - as long as you follow the formula.

He must have fixed it, I just clicked on the link with no problems, and no warnings. It's been awhile since I was on his site, though. Sorry about the virused link.
What antivirus protection gave you the warning?
I see Jay finally has the Crusader 5 element beam ready for sale.

Okay I see what Jay has. Does Mr. Coily's base antennas match up to Jay or Eddie's design?

I know a few people who have Coily's antenna, and they like it.
On the other hand, I know Coily had a major delivery problem for awhile, I don't know if he ever resolved it.
His prices were a bit high when I had looked, I don't know what they are now.
