In a word, eeeeeewwwwwww. I don't like it. 441 Oh boy, what a mess. It's going to take a bit of work to get back the look and feel of the old forum, assuming it's even possible. As of right now, I agree with you... EWWWWWWW!!!!

I've managed to restore a few of the old banners and the link to the vote site. But there are still a bunch of things "wrong", like display codes that no longer seem to work. I'll keep digging to see what I can do about it..... At least we can still read and post, even if it's a little different.

It's different that's for sure. Guess I'm getting old but change doesn't seem to work for me these days, well not since "hope and change".

When I find something that works, I tend to stick with it. I have no desire for change just for change sake. But in the case of the forum, we didn't have any say in the matter

Yeah, I know, no choice in the matter. I don't remember many changes since Scott started it up to begin with. I do remember him tweaking and adding options, fine tuning and dicussing/cussing and some things that can't be mentioned. lol. It has been a fun ride so far and am sure it will continue to be. Of course I have problems with a laptop and the touch pad thingy deal so this is just another something to deal with. It won't be long before it will be like second nature, or I hope so anyway. Just got to get the groove thing going with the new stuff.

OK.... I looked at the online version and I agree I like the old style better. I reckon it'll get some getting used to. KATO808 #DeepInTheHeartOfTexas

Yep, Just have to get used to it. Thanks 'Bagger for cleaning some of it up. A thank-less job. 441 I've got some more work to do to clean up the codes that no longer work under this version. Then it's time to tweak little things and see if I can't make this a little more "homey". I actually don't mind the posting screens. The format is different, but they're easy to read. and I can still upload pics..... Attachments:

It's not the worst thing I've seen, and it does seen to work better.
