Thanks to Spitfire 441 I am the next owner of a fine crank up antenna tower thank you very much! Picture is me with it loaded up on the truck to take home. I don't have it in the air yet but it shouldn't be a problem to get 'er up.

Haha, that's not the crank up antenna I got from him...this is the photo of the Hygain HG52SS I got from him sitting my bucket truck. I just saw the previous antenna truck up the road and had to snap a photo of that dedicated rig. Looks like a 70-90 footer. Have antenna, will travel

I was going to say, this guy has a bank roll with that big tower, especially to erect it. A good friend I use to talk to <paratrooper>, had a 80 foot tower a commercial type he had to have a crane take it down and deliver it to his place, and a wrecker truck to pull it up, $1500 to do that. Sadly his antennas got struck by nature a few times and never worked properly again, so he reverted to his vertical. He did not want to invest anymore money. The tower still stands with the antenna but he passed last FALL<cancer/agent orange>. DOCTOR/795
