Any way you can contact Ebay and let them know? And maybe think about adding watermarks to your online photos.

Any way you can contact Ebay and let them know? And maybe think about adding watermarks to your online photos. That might turn into a full time job. I've lost count of the number of times I have seen Ebay sellers use my pictures. One time I was admiring this nice looking Browning Golden Eagle Mark III on Ebay. Then I realized where the picture came from. Night Ranger

It's your own fault you know. You take such clear sharp pics of those rigs, how could anyone resist? I've found some of my website pics used as well as cut and paste descriptions lifted from some of my radio reviews. I guess some people don't have the means to take good pics and really don't know what it is that they're selling, so they go to Google and grab what they find. But they should have the courtesy to state that the pic shown is not of the actual radio being sold.

I reported it for "Third Party Endorsements" (was the closest thing I could find) We'll see if they come back with anything. Easy to report as I see fraudulent stuff all the time. Usually hijacked accounts that are selling big ticket name brand stuff. Just let me know when you see another of your photos on other peoples stuff for sale. The description copiers are one thing, the photos are not public property. I highly doubt the radio they were selling is as clean as yours was
