I read all these reports that a solar flare is coming today, nothing here at all and signals on 75 are good this evening. Hopefully 2 meters should be good if the solar flare would arrive. Also have 146.43 simplex on, stations in NEW YORK usually operate here on openings on FM. DOCTOR/795

I stood outside a few times a couple of evenings when conditions were definitely good, but never saw any.

I never saw anything either. It helped 40 meters on JT65 worked a number of SOUTH AMERICAN stations.
I never saw much about it afterwards after all the predictions.
