I plugged it in and it doesn't power up.
Will try and figure this out and if i can get it to fire up i'll post what the switches do.

After figuring out the protective diode was broken in 2 pieces i installed a new diode and it still won't power up. Looking further i found a trace burned and i soldered a bridge over it. It was only 3/8 of a inch or so.
Now in a nut shell. With all the toggle switches up i have the regular 23 channel's.
When i flip the toggles down i got Channel 26 to 55 and it has all the normal gap's that the 23 channel's normally have. Now to figure out how to open the blank spot on the dial, That's where 22A channel is or now it's 24 on the 40 channel radio's. I'd like to get 6 more switches and Xtal's 23.030. 23.080, 23.130, 23.180, 23.230 and 23.280 and add lower's to it sence it's all hacked up any way.
Any one know how to get 22A put in this radio?
Thank's Scott.

Thank's Scott. Hmmm..... Somewhere along the line someone reversed the polarity and shorted the protection diode. Then they replaced the fuse with something they shouldn't have (like 30 amp), this cooked the diode and cracked it and also burned open the foil trace. Thankfully they did no further damage. Glad it's working.
