Wow just discovered a cool audio mod. If you look below the board to where the white wire comes from the mic and the first white wire in the corner on the board - this allows you to bypass the first audio stage. It works great. Take each from the board and tie them together - gives you even more bass response that the .001 cap doesnt let through. I have external audio gear now hooked to my tram - condenser studio mic, preamp - and so on - wow almost as good as an old am transmitter. We are still looking for ways to let some more of the audio through and open this baby up. Any suggestions?

That seems to work well on other rigs.
