lmr400uf , belden 9913F7 and davis bury flex are all excellent coax for cb use . id recomend the flexable versions with a stranded center conductor over the very stiff solid center conductor . the performance difference is minimal , but if absolute performance is that important you should consider moving up to hard line....IMO .
the bury flex should have a more durable outer covering and thats about the only real diffference in them ......... IMO . im not familiar with Jefatech .

What is a good affordable coax that you can get. That LMR400 is expensive. I need appox 250ft

I use Bury Flex which is great. Stay away from the LMR400 solid. Get the stranded as someone said. 250 feet is going to cost you.

Unless you like a puddle of water behind your rigs, I stay away from that wanna-be garden hose 9913. It's a very fickle coax. I find it's almost impossible to seal, and I have tried using it more than once, as in moving and it always seems to ruin it. The air dielectric with a small spiral of material to hold it centered typically gets off-center if ever bent in the slightest, causing 'hot spots' where the impedance varies because it's so hard to keep the center conductor truly centered, which is critical for maintaining a perfect 50-52ohm impedance.
Try CableXperts 1318, same low loss / high velocity factor as 9913 & LMR-400 but wonderfully supple, - but you won't like the price unless you buy it in 1000' bulk.
