Just bought a mark 3 and the transmit is coming and going,It's not the relay's.as they have been replaced and all new tubes installed. When it key's up it sounds great and it alway's shows normal bias. But it loses output and key it 20 or more times and it will come back any ideas? Thanks in advanceI have read the other post with the same problem and i wll investigate further..And does anyone know of a reputable repair department for these rigs just in case i cant find the problem?

Does it drop the power on all channels? Sounds like it could be a bad crystal maybe. Get in touch with Alan at TubesPlus.com for any repairs needed. He is a member here and goes by Fixr. He is one of the best there is on Brownings also.

My xmit was dropping out on my Mark III. I had a loose tube. Working pretty good now.

I had some loose tubes in my head and after I got them snugged up, I sent my Mk III to FIXR and he did what should have been done to my radio in the first place! FIXR will get all my work now and in the future! I highly recommend anyone who needs anything done to your Browning to get in touch with Alan.

You will not find a person like Alan, I can not say enough good things about him, To meet him in person was great, I hope to see him again at the dirt track. Thank you alan for all your help.
