Not sure if it;s the season or what but not many eagles on Ebay. One pretty good looking Mark IV. The rest look like they have been stored for a long time or noboday dusts. You'd think they would at least clean them. I'm not looking for one anyway...Just browsing. I have noticed a lot of people selling the transmitters adn receivers in seperate auctions. I guess they hope it brings more cash. I've thought of seiling mine...I have my evey on a nice slr digital camera
I've not posted in while due to health. i hope you guys are doing well.

I would rather have the Browning than a new digital camera. But it's all in what you like. The browning auctions on ebay seems to run in cycles. From feast to famine.

Yea, you are right. I'd rather have my browning than a new camera. I just hated that my previous camera was dropped and it jammed th elens and it would cost more to fix than buying a new one. I took a lot of pictures and also used it for ebay sale. PLus I can probably get a fairly inexpensive digital camera these days with much more resolution than the camera I had for less than a hundred bucks. I'll save my pennies fot the SLR I have my eye on

Well, we getting close to the holidays. We should start to see the Browning go up in price, and alot more of them soon. I am thinking 2 - 3 weeks it should start the sell off. Let's see. ;D

Let's see. ;D I wouldn't doubt it. People sell things in hard times. I even considered selling my Brownings, but once I pulled them out of the attic I remembered all of the good times I had with them. I can't really part with them. Don't think I'll sell them any time soon, but I can understand why people would sell. Brownings have now become collectors items.

Prices are way down on the Browning items right now. Probably why a lot of people are holding back on selling.

Working Browning amplifiers still draw top dollar, though.

My friend has a 9 out of 10 Mark III, with a 9 out of 10 Siltronix VFO, and a used condition D104 Night Eagle.
On a good day, he should get $500 for the package. He is asking $350, and cannot get it.

If the Mark III is in that kind of shape, I'd expect he'd get more than $350 for it too.
I recently saw a Mark III with a Siltronix and a 180 amplifier go for $900.
