I don't understand, but I think it's the economy. I tried to sell a browning mark III for my friend. The thing was 9 out of 10. It came with a Siltronix VFO also excellent, and a D104 Night Eagle (used condition). Could not get $350 for it.

The tech I go to to keep my radios all working great has a Mark IV (its his own equipment) that he has had in the shop in a display case for sale at $450.00. I mean to tell you, his radio looks like and works like new and he has no bites on it. People come to him from West Virginia and Ohio along with Pa., to have him work on their radios, and he cant sell his own personal Mark IV. It has to be the economy. Sniper

EBay seems to be slowing down for alot of rigs. Holding off listing my Eagles until I see some better activity.

Piece of advice. Prices are affected by 2 things:
1. Ecomony
2. Solar Cycle
Both are crap right now. Sit on them until it improves.

Yes, hold on to them. I had to sell my MKIII, s on ebay because of a financial problem, and the brought less than 300.00. Broke my heart, but I couldnt get out of the deal. When I saw that they were not going to bting much, I tried to end the auction and pull them, but ebay doesnt allow that anymore, apparently. They were in GREAT shape and had been serviced by Greg.

Well, the good news is that the stuff is cheaper in case you are buying now... I think eBay stuff peaked in about 2001 or so... I saw things like a Mint Browning speaker sell for almost $1K... If I told you who bought it you would know him. Sadly, divorce cleaned out that collection.
