I didn't know that were made into the 1990's... ;D
I don't ever see many G's around. I'll keep an eye open. Try some of the ham sites, too.

I have a Sonar Model G that needs to be restored. It was the very first CB radio that I ever saw in my life. That was back around 1963 or '64 when I was 11 or 12 years old. It sat in the corner of my grandfathers kitchen. He purchased it new from S P OONY'S Marina in May's Landing, NJ. His call letters were KKG-2635. I wasn't allowed to touch it. I just had walkie-talkies. ..I inherited it in 1982.

hey if your looking for a model G there is a guy i know that still has one brand new in the box. or just one that in used shape. I have a G,E, and a H, along with a FS-23, FS-3023, and a FS-2340 they are great radio especialy when you run a demco modulator into them.
