What's the best way to seal a roof mount Antenna?

I'm going to pick up either a wilson 1000 or 5000 roof mount antenna. I was wondering what the best way is to seal a roof mount antenna. What would be the best thing to seal it with so that the roof doesn't leak?

I haven't had one leak yet, but if you're worried you can add some clear silicone around the hole before assembling the mount.
