Yes, let us know how it performs. I'm using an A99 splatter stick that's been up since 1996. H&Y Electonics has the Tornado for $65.95. It seems to fit my needs, 5/8 wave. 27 feet long, four radials, they claim it'll handle 3000 watts. The weight is listed in grams so I converted that to pounds and it weighs 6.40 pounds, hard to believe since of the length. I want a lightweight antenna since I'm mounting it on a chimney on top of a three story building using a 10' mast. They claim it covers 26.000 to 28.000. Set for mid band. What I need to know how the match is without adjustment from the factory setting. I want to put it up one time and be done. Also, how is it on interference when running a couple of hundred watts. I'll make a balun so that my coax doesn't radiate. My friend put up a Sirio 2016 and said that it's quite heavy duty, so I asume that the Tornado is the same, I don't want it to kink and bend over during high winds. Yes, let us know how it is, for sure!
