What you have to do is to set up your router to port forward to the computer you're running the server on, and then use the IP address on the WAN side of your router as the IP address to point to from the internet.

Can I ask why port 443?
That is for https are you using a password for access?
And the 192.168.1.101 in the first post is that the ip of the pc you have the server on?
if so then the ip should 192.168.1.101 not 236. unless you have 2 nics in that machine.
also you may want to set an ip reservation for that pc so your dhcp server in you router will give the same ip to that pc every time it boots.
And you may have to open port 8080 for inbound trafic. if you want to conect from an off site pc.
The only other prob I can see is if you do not have a static ip when the leas on the current ip runs out then you will have to change the address in the link to your server.

Outside computers can't point to your internal network IP addresses, as they will not route over the internet (you can, because you're on the network). They are reserved for local private networks. What you have to do is find out what the IP address is on the WAN side of your router (cable modem etc.) and use that IP in your mms:// link. Assuming you have the port forwarding set up correctly, the router will forward any requests to the computer running the audio server.
