hey everybody, after many a year i finally have a shack, a room just for radios. question, how can i use a single antenna to use on receive with many radios, but to cut the antenna off to all but one radio when transmitting on that same antenna? even if i had a seperate antenna (which i will eventually) i dont want to damage the other radios with overload when transmitting. any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use a good ceramic type switch box to swtch the antenna to which radio you're using but I don't know how you can use one antenna to make all of the radios receive at once.

Without some sort of special isolator type switching, I wouldn't risk the receivers being hooked to the same antenna as a transmitter. Too much risk.
