I have been looking all over web for an original Regency Imperial/Imperial II Owners Manual, with no luck! I do have the Sams books...
Does anyone have a copy of owners manual that I could buy?
Also looking for a original Regency Imperial ceramic mic to buy.
Thanks, Bigears

I used to collect Imperial's and Imperial II's.
Only thing I have left is a Regency / Turner desk mic.
Un-amplified, in the +2 style.
I have never found any info on it, except it has the printed # on the bottom: 600 356 1.
I will put a photo up later today.

I don't know if these desk mics were around when the Imperials were out.
Maybe someone knows what radio this was for.....

They are Turner microphones that are Regency branded. Turner did that quite a bit for a lot of manufacturers.

Hey thanks roger224 and rifleman... I'll PM ya about your hand mic roger, thanks. That is a very nice clean desk mic rifleman... never seen one with the Regency logo before...I think they may have been available around the Imperial II time? Yeah I have a soft spot (obsession??) for these rigs, got a couple of Range Gain's and a Imperial and a II..but all without mics...am slowly getting around to restorations on them...crystals in these don't age too well it seems. The roughest one I will experiment on, maybe a DDS vfo and some PA amp changes? Unfortunately not much history on the web about these ol classics...

One of the best deals I have ever ran across was 2 yrs ago when I was in a customers basement and found a regency imperial brand new in the box for 10 dollars. And when I say brand new in the box the radio probaly was only out of the box maybe once or twice 10 out of 10 and everything with it. I also bought 2 ef johnson 323's brand new in the box for 50 dollars from the lady the same day.

your telling me It was funny the lady also had a royce 623 she wanted more money for that than the imperial and the two johnsons put together talk about keeping a poker face with that deal on the line. She also said to me that there were two more imperials in the box that she sold at a garage sale a year before. Well cant have them all.

Microphone shipped . No charge. Enjoy and good luck on the manual. Thank you so much! That is most kind of you roger224... I should mention guys...I live "down under" so finding goods and shipping is both a pain and not cheap with shipping to Oz... If I can get hold of a copy of a original Regency Imperial owners or even a service manual? Then I would be happy to pass it on to anyone here....I have someone kindly looking into it for me at the moment, so hopefully something will materialize in one way or another soon Will keep ya all posted on that one... Does anyone really know if Regency made a "Service Manual" for the Imperial models...or was that info included in the owners manual? The SAM's books are good, but it is really nice to have the original manufacturer's model info etc, to help with restoring and collecting...
