Both those mikes were made first with a 4-wire cord, and later on with a 6-wire cord.
Needless to say, this makes a big difference to which wire goes where.
Naturally, if the cord has been replaced on either mike the colors of the new cord might not be the same as the factory cord.
For example, the white wire in the factory cord is the audio wire, and has a bare-copper shield wrapped around it. Many aftermarket replacement cords will have that important shield wrapped around the red or the yellow wire. If this is the case you can't just go by the wire colors any more on that mike. With any luck, whoever installed the new cord with the new colors was smart enough to connect the audio output of the mike to the shielded wire, no matter what color it is.
But that's the starting point, finding out which version of the mike and cord you have.

I must be doing something wrong im only coming up with the 6 wire not four ? The mic wiring for that radio should be the following if it's a 4 wire mic: 1 - Shield 2 - White 3 - Black 4 - Red Mic should be set for "E" - Electronic switching. 6 wire mic would be: 1 - Shield + Red 2 - White 3 - Blue 4 - Black

Sandbagger nailed the wiring exactly.
