Any tips or tricks to squeeze some more power out of this rig? Currently doing 10 watts peak.

Sure. Put a linear behind it.
The practical value of "just a little more" power is very small. Until you double the transmitter's power, nobody at the other end can tell the difference. And double will be the smallest difference they can see.
If normal alignment won't get more than 10 Watt peaks, check the power-supply regulator's voltage. If it's low, that hurts power output.

Sure. Put a linear behind it. Best way to boost your output on any older radio. Why risk damaging your radio?
