When you change the 1 watt & 2 watt resisters in the Browning radio, do you use carbon film or metal film resisters? Jim/238

As a rule either one works fine. Carbon film tends to be cheaper.

So seeing as most of stuff i work on is mine i would go with metal film. So not going to worry about a few cents. The ones i am changing are on the 12AU7 tube in a MKll. Jim/238

I have been going though all my resisters. I have a lot of resisters by NTE an they are call flameproof. What would they be classified? Jim/238
