The plastic used to make the brown knobs just falls apart. I have never seen them for sale in 50 years, more or less. The aluminum knobs used in later models will turn up on fleabay now and again.
I remember seeing a web page showing how to glue the old knobs back together with JB-Weld. Filled the gaps with the stuff. No telling if it's still on the web.
Finding new-stock stuff like that gets tougher by the year. Parts salvaged from junkers could be your only real option.

Funny you should ask about the plastic knob's. I sent some samples to Toby at Troy Radio service in TX a while back. He's into making new bezles for meter's for his DDS-VFO installes and asked him if he can lazer print some of these knob's with the gold ring on them. But i haven't herd back As far as what i have done in the past is get a JB weld epoxy system with the plunger and mixing tip. Remove all my knob's from all my other browning's and inject this epoxy into the void's of the underside of the knob's, Just don't do the screw area, and let them sit up. This will prevent future breaking of the knob's. Good luck trapp
PS. When i hear back from Toby i'll report my finding's in this post.
